All digital products purchased from The Audaciously You are intended for:

  • Resell, share, or distribute digital files in any form

  • Upload files to sharing sites or third-party platforms

  • Claim designs as your own

  • Alter and resell as your own digital design

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

Delivery

  • All digital products are delivered electronically.

  • No physical item will be shipped.

  • Access will be provided via download link or email.

Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once files are delivered

RETAIL PRODUCTS (PHYSICAL ITEMS)

Processing Time

  • All items are made to order unless otherwise stated

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment or pickup

Shipping

  • Shipping times vary depending on carrier and location

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once items leave our possession

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges

Exceptions:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Incorrect item received

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 15 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

WHOLESALE TERMS

  • Wholesale accounts must be approved

  • We reserve the right to accept or deny applications

Order Requirements

Production Time

  • Wholesale orders may require extended processing times based on volume

Returns (Wholesale Orders)

  • All wholesale sales are final

  • Issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery with photo proof

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • All custom orders must be approved prior to production

  • Once approved, no changes can be made

  • No refunds unless an error is made on our part

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper use of products

  • Misuse of digital designs

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions
